Lake Garda, the main Italian lake, it is narrower to the north border with Trentino, passes through via Lombardy and Veneto. Baldo Mountain

A mountain massif that stretches for a few kilometers and separates Lake Garda from the Val d’Adige, where you can find vineyards, chestnut groves, olive groves and also the excellent black truffle, summer, winter and precious black truffle (melanosporum).

Lessinia Black Truffle

The term Lessinia means the mountain range north of Verona, the central nucleus of the largest mountain of Verona, characterized by a grassy plateau and deep canyons.
The characteristics of the environment in the lower areas are favorable to the development of the truffle, in particular of the black summer truffle or scorzone, of the black truffle, and of the precious black truffle (melanosporum).

Morainic Hills

The Morainic Hills of Garda, with a maximum height of 250 meters above sea level, rise between the Province of Mantua to the south and Lake Garda to the north, specifically between the provinces of Brescia and Verona.
The morphology is characterized by gentle slopes, small lakes and in particular by olive groves, vineyards and cypresses that frame medieval villages, castles and museums.
In this unique territory, known as the “Little Tuscany“, safeguarded over time thanks to its proximity to the Mincio Natural Park, food and wine and a multitude of tourism proposals are a key resource for the local economy.

Brescia shore of Lake Garda

In the shore of Lake Garda belonging to the province of Brescia, at a height varying between 200 and 700 meters, there are natural and cultivated truffles beds, where there are important findings of precious specimens. You speak about truffle Gardesano and truffle of Valtenesi to identify the species, mainly black summer, winter and precious, which are found in these areas, particularly appreciated in the kitchen and enhanced by local restaurants.
