Si metteva il tartufo dentro ad un vasetto di vetro pieno di riso.<br \/>\n\t\t<span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Vantaggi<\/span>: assorbe l\u2019umidit\u00e0 rilasciata dal tartufo e diminuisce l\u2019aria all\u2019interno del vasetto, in particolare l\u2019ossigeno, che \u00e8 una delle principali cause del deperimento del prodotto. Inoltre il riso che veniva impiegato era integrale, presentava cio\u00e8 uno strato di grassi insaturi all\u2019esterno che solubilizzavano gli aromi del tartufo, potendolo poi riusare in cucina cos\u00ec \u201ctartufato\u201d.<br \/>\n\t\t<span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Svantaggi<\/span>: Il riso assorbe troppo il profumo del tartufo e giorno dopo giorno lo asciuga eccessivamente.<br \/>\n<a name=\"frigo\"><\/a><\/p>\n<li><strong>Frigorifero (+3 \/ 5 \u00b0C):<\/strong><\/li>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.villamagnatartufi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/Tartufo-nel-vasetto-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" class=\"alignright size-thumbnail wp-image-7870\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.villamagnatartufi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/Tartufo-nel-vasetto-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.villamagnatartufi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/Tartufo-nel-vasetto-400x400.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.villamagnatartufi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/Tartufo-nel-vasetto-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.villamagnatartufi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/Tartufo-nel-vasetto-100x100.jpg 100w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 150px) 100vw, 150px\" \/>\u00c8 il metodo migliore per preservare il tartufo fresco.<br \/>\n\t\t<span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Durata<\/span>: 7\/20 gg in base al grado di maturazione ed alle specie.<br \/>\n\t\tLo si avvolge con carta assorbente da cucina, o carta gialla, o canovaccio e si inserisce in un contenitore ermetico di plastica, vetro, polistirolo o messo sottovuoto.
