  1. - Bread
  2. - Whitish (Bianchetto) truffle
  3. - Mayonnaise
  4. - Fresh single cream
  1. Wash and brush the truffle with cool water.
  2. Grind the truffle.
  3. Add 1/3 of mayonnaise and 2/3 of fresh single cream and mix well.
  4. Slice the bread.
  5. Spread on bread the sauce.
  1. The sauce is also great with burgers or ham made as a sandwich or as a crouton.
