General conditions of sale:
Villa Magna farm through its online shop, sells fresh and preserved truffles. The customer at the time of confirmation of the order declares to have read and accepted in its entirety the following terms and conditions according to art. 3 and 4 of legislative decree n. 185/1999 and subsequent amendments on distance marketing.
Orders:
In order to buy the products in the online shop of villa magna, the customer must follow the directions of the cart and proceed to the payment terms indicated below unless otherwise agreed between the parties. The prices in EURO are VAT included.
The product delivered to the customer reflects that on the shop but may differ in packaging, label colour, graphic, language in accordance with new rules on the labelling of the preserved product. Villa Magna farm shall not be held responsible for any discrepancy between the photos that appear on the website (no contractual value) and the product that has been delivered.

Villa Magna cannot be held responsible for any fraudulent or illegal use of the credit card by third parties during the online payment procedure.
Shipments:
The order normally will be dispatched by courier within 2 working days after receiving payment. In Italy, the delivery is usually made in 2/3 days.
The delivery times are only approximate because vary according to the area of destination. For shipments outside Italy please contact us directly to get an estimate cost.
Villa Magna is not liable for delays in delivery due to carriers or force majeure.
Right of withdrawal:
In accordance with Article 5 of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999, n. 185, Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 – Consumer Code – and subsequent modifications by the Legislative Decree 21 February 2014, n. 21, anyone who purchases products in our shop online has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days starting from the day the goods are received.
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending within 14 days from receipt of the goods of an unspecified written communication using the standard form of withdrawal, sent to Azienda Agricola Villa Magna, località Campriano 41/c, 52100 Arezzo, Italy, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The communication can be sent, within the same term, also by certified e-mail (villamagnatartufi@pec.it), or by ordinary e-mail (info@villamagnatartufi.com), ensuring the receipt of the same by the supplier.
To guarantee the consumer, for the correct exercise of the right of withdrawal, Villa Magna suggests however to contact the company by phone at +39 0575 904700 to agree a simple and less onerous procedure for both parties.
If the goods have been delivered, the consumer is required to return it or make it available to the supplier within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.
To exercise the withdrawal it is essential that the goods are intact, not tampered with and not consumed and that the item has the original packaging even if it is no longer intact.
The supplier is obliged to refund the amount paid by the consumer including only the transport costs of the first shipment and in any case not before the receipt of the goods or proof of their shipment.
The costs of returning the goods are charged to the consumer. The refund will be made according to the method indicated on the withdrawal form within 14 days from the date on which the supplier became aware of the right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal is however excluded:
- For perishable goods, so for fresh truffles (Article 59, letter d, Legislative Decree N. 206/2005)
- If the buyer is a company or a professional, because the withdrawal is an exclusive right of the consumer
