The sale of fresh Truffle

The Villa Magna farm daily picks fresh truffles directly.
To preserve the quality and freshness of just picked product, is indispensable get it as soon as possible on the table. In Italy and in Europe delivery is within 24 hours (48 for certain areas) by express courier with a polystyrene container and some ice that keeps the product correctly.
Outside European Community the shipment is more complicated, the timing of delivery, documentations and certifications differ depending on the country.
