Friday, 5th September, Villa Magna was present with its truffle sauce to the presentation of the book “Mangia come parli”, com’è cambiato il vocabolario del cibo (“Eat as you talk”, as it changed the vocabulary of food), written by Cinzia Scaffidi, Director of the Slow Food Study Center.
The event was held in the beautiful location of the garden of the Archaeological Museum “Ranuccio Bianchi Bandinelli,” in Piazza Duomo in Colle di Val d’Elsa.
