The white has arrived!

Thursday morning we found the first white truffles of the season.
Rambo has done a great job finding half kg.

Still the quality of the product is not great, in fact we will wait a few weeks before starting to sell it, but if this is the beginning and the weather will helps us ……it promises to be a great year for this precious mushroom!
