Ingredients
  1. - Bread
  2. - Black truffle
  3. - Extra virgin olive oil
  4. - Garlic
  5. - Salt
  6. - Pepper
  7. - Butter
Instructions
  1. Wash and brush the truffle with cool water.
  2. Scrape off the harder rind (if unwelcome).
  3. Grind ¾ of the truffle and cut the rest of it into thin slices (to slice the truffle use a truffle-slicer or a peeler).
  4. Put in a saucepan the truffles, extra virgin olive oil, a clove of garlic and season with salt and pepper. Cook all together for a few minutes.
  5. Slice the bread.
  6. Toast the bread slices in the oven.
  7. Spread a thin layer of butter on bread.
  8. Season the slices with this truffle–sauce.
Notes
  1. You can use this sauce for pasta, gnocchi, eggs and beef too.
