This unique fondue was born from the idea of typical alpine recipe combined with black truffle.

Melting it on bain-marie or heating it up it will be exquisite on toasted bread, pasta or polenta.

Ingredients:
CHEESE (MILK, salt, rennet, ferment, CHEDDAR, water, BUTTER, MILK protein, fusion salts (E331, E339), skimmed MILK in powder, whey powder), natural CHEESE flavour, preservative (E200), colorant (E160a, E160c), separation agent: sunflower lecithin), water, CREAM, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 2%, flavourings, maize starch, EGG’s yolk, acidifying: E270.

Allergens: contains lactose, contains eggs, no gluten.
