The secret of this recipe is in the aroma exhaled by the truffle on contact with the hot bread.

  1. - Bread
  2. - Black or White truffle
  3. - Salt
  4. - Extra virgin olive oil
  1. Wash and brush the truffle with cool water.
  2. Slice the bread.
  3. Toast the bread slices in the oven.
  4. Rub a truffle on the bread vigorously, leave a truffle aside.
  5. Season with extra virgin olive oil and some salt.
  6. Finally, garnish with thin truffle slices (use a truffle-slicer or a peeler).
