  1. - Eggs
  2. - Black or White truffle
  3. - Salt
  4. - Extra virgin olive oil
  1. Take a few hens’ fresh eggs and leave them inside an air-tight container for a day together with the truffles.
  2. Wash and brush the truffle with cool water.
  3. Cook the eggs in a pan with a little olive oil.
  4. Meanwhile add some sliced truffle on the egg (use a truffle-slicer or a peeler).
  5. When the eggs are ready, put them in a serving dish, add some salt if you like and slice the remaining truffle.
